Admission strictly based on NEET exams.
The duly filled application form with necessary documents should reach the college office in the scheduled date.
The Principal and Management reserves the right of admission.
Prescribed fee should be paid at the time of admission.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Admission is provisional and subjected to the approval of MUHS, Nashik.
The following original documents are required to submit at the time of admission along with 7 sets of Xerox copies.
PUC or equivalent marks card
Transfer Certificate
SSLC or equivalent marks card
Birth Certificate
Migration Certificate
Eligibility Certificate - SC/ST Certificate if necessary
7 passport and 5 stamp size photos
Original certificates should be submitted at the time of admission and they will be returned only after the completion of their course.
